We custom pre-program the CareCallers to your pre-established requirements and ship them directly to your agency by expedited delivery. Private labeling is also available.

 

The discounted monthly service fee is just $24/mo (38% off MSRP/retail) for a standard CareCaller™ and $34/mo for Fall Alert CareCaller™ will be invoiced to your agency monthly. All CareCallers include our unconditional (1) year warranty. There are no long term contacts and you may cancel service for any CareCaller at any time.

CareCaller™ Lease Plan

 

The Premier Provider Lease Plan is designed for those home healthcare or hospice agencies that would like to provide their high risk patients with a home nurse call button with no up-front purchase cost. Agencies order and we customize, pre-program (to your pre-established requirements) and ship them directly to your agency by expedited delivery. The monthly service cost for the CareCaller™ lease (including service) $39/mo for a standard CareCaller™ and $49/mo for Fall Alert CareCaller™ will be invoiced to your agency monthly. All CareCallers include our unconditional warranty during the term of the lease. There are no long term contacts and you may cancel service by returning any CareCaller™ at any time.

CareCaller™ Referral Program


The Premier Provider Referral Program is great for those home healthcare or hospice agencies that would simply like to suggest a CareCaller to their high risk patients and their families. Providers complete an short application to register as a Premier Provider at no cost. Upon acceptance, you will receive order tracking links, CareCaller™ patient handout materials, web site links, custom agency QR code, etc. Simply refer your patients and, when they order online using your tracking link, your agency will receive credit for that order.


We take care of everything for your patient - sales/orders, shipping, fulfillment, programming, monthly billing, customer service and technical support. The discounted purchase price for Premier Provider Referral orders is $99 (33% off) and monthly service cost $39/mo for a standard CareCaller™ and $49/mo for Fall Alert CareCaller™. All CareCallers™ include our unconditional one year warranty. There are no long term contacts and your patients may cancel service at any time. Your agency will receive a 10% referral reward for any initial sale plus 10% residual for as long as each patient maintains an account.
